Accounts & support

Accounts, safe support and what to include when you need help.

A normal TrustRiva user account is for buyer/user activities made available by the platform, such as reviews and account settings. The vendor portal is for organisations managing eligible product or company listings, claims and vendor-specific workflows.

Start with the Help Center and these FAQs. If you still need assistance, use Contact Us. Include enough context for the team to understand the issue, but remove passwords, private keys and other secrets before sending screenshots or logs.

Describe what you were trying to do, the page or feature involved, what you expected, what happened instead, and the approximate time of the issue. Screenshots can help, but remove sensitive information before sending them. Never include passwords, private API keys, authentication codes or payment PINs.

No. TrustRiva support should not need your account password, private API key, card PIN, M-PESA PIN or one-time authentication code. If anyone asks for those credentials while claiming to be TrustRiva support, do not share them.

Still need help?

Move from self-service to the right support channel.

Use the Help Center for guided workflows, or contact TrustRiva when the answer depends on your specific account, listing or technical issue.
