If the issue concerns a business, product or listing claim, include the profile URL and the business email associated with your request.
TrustRiva separates researched catalogue information from vendor-managed information. If something is inaccurate, send us the exact profile URL and the field that needs attention.
Reviews, verification, editorial content and Riva Scores are separate signals. If you believe one is wrong, identify the specific review or profile and explain the concern without asking us to manufacture or suppress evidence.
Include the profile URL, review or signal involved, the reason you believe it needs review, and any non-sensitive evidence that supports your request. A disagreement with a negative review is not by itself proof that the review is invalid.
For broken pages, failed actions or unexpected behaviour, give us enough information to reproduce the issue. Clear reproduction steps are usually more useful than a long description.
Include the TrustRiva page or profile where the issue occurred.
Tell us what you clicked or entered immediately before the problem appeared.
Include the error message and, when useful, a screenshot with private information removed.
Browser/device information can help when the issue is visual, responsive or device-specific.
If your TrustRiva account shows a plan, invoice or transaction you need help with, share the non-sensitive reference shown in your account and describe what you expected to happen.
Never send a card PIN, CVV, M-PESA PIN, full payment-card number, one-time password or private payment credential. TrustRiva support should not need those details to investigate a platform billing issue.
Product, company, review, page or account area involved.
What you expected and what actually happened.
For technical problems, list the shortest steps that trigger the issue.
Attach only information that is necessary and remove confidential data first.
TrustRiva customer service should never need your password, API secret, private key, card PIN, M-PESA PIN or one-time authentication code. Remove secrets from screenshots, copied configuration and logs before sending them.
This keeps simple questions fast and gives the team enough information when your issue needs a person to investigate it.
Use the guided help topics when you need to understand a TrustRiva workflow or trust signal.
