TrustRiva uses automated risk indicators to help moderators find suspicious review activity. Automated signals can place content on hold for human review, but they do not automatically reject reviews, suspend accounts, or manipulate Riva Score and rankings.
Duplicate content, unusual review velocity, inconsistent structured ratings, community reports and active restrictions can contribute to a risk score.
Rejecting or removing reviews, listing holds and account sanctions require an explicit moderator decision and are written to an audit trail.
Affected reviewers, vendors and listing owners can appeal eligible adverse integrity decisions using the case reference supplied by TrustRiva.
Risk signals are indicators, not proof of fraud. TrustRiva stores the active policy version and evidence used for an integrity case so later moderation and appeals can be understood in context.
Rejected and removed Riva Reviews are preserved internally instead of being destructively deleted. Public review statistics and Riva Score continue to use published reviews only.
TrustRiva can issue warnings, review restrictions, listing holds and account suspensions. Time-limited status-changing enforcement is automatically expired and restores the prior state only when no other active hold still applies.
Integrity moderation does not provide a paid or editorial shortcut into Riva Score, Riva Picks, Provider Match, Ask Riva or organic search. Those systems continue to use their defined evidence and eligibility rules.
